Messages Stuck in Outbox

It's possible to sometimes get a message stuck in the "Outbox" folder the channel is not properly sending messages, and if there's a case where these messages are outdated and no longer need to be sent, you may want to force those messages to be cleared from the Outbox folder.

To do this, you first need to remove the channel that it is intending to use. If you're using an Android phone for example, please disconnect the Channel by going to your account profile and then selecting the channel that the message was going to go through (for example, the Android phone).

Then select the gear icon and select "Remove" and follow the dialog to complete the removal process.

After the channel is removed, check to see if the Outbox has been cleared. If it has, please proceed by re-adding the channel to your account. If it doesn't solve the problem, please contact us through chat or e-mail!
