Introduction to Flows
A flow is a visual representation of conditional branch logic that's applied to your contacts once they enter it. Once a contact has entered a flow, they interact directly with its steps.
Steps are composed of ActionSets and RuleSets, and determine the length of a flow, which can be as short as a single step or as long as you want.
To create a flow, navigate to the "flows" tab and click the "Create Flow" button:

You can add contacts in a few different ways.
Adding a single contact
Select "Contacts" icon from the upper right icons
On the left navigation panel, select "Add Contact".
Important: When you input the phone number, make sure it is in the international standard form and not in a local format, which means making sure the country code is included.
For full name, you have the choice to include a title, for example: Rev. John Wesley

It's possible to sometimes get a message stuck in the "Outbox" folder the channel is not properly sending messages, and if there's a case where these messages are outdated and no longer need to be sent, you may want to force those messages to be cleared from the Outbox folder.
